We offer free shipping across the U.S., excluding Hawaii and other remote islands. Here’s everything you need to know before you order.

Order Confirmation

You’ll get an order confirmation email right after you place your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days after they’re shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Cancel Orders

You can cancel your order before it ships. Once it’s shipped, we’ll need to follow our return process.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Returns

30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Just email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Return Shipping

If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
