We stand behind the quality of every piece we make.

Every Orindock jewelry piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If your piece has a covered issue during the warranty period, we’ll provide one complimentary replacement per order.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers issues caused by manufacturing or faulty components, including:

• Broken clasps or closures
• Structural issues
• Faulty or defective components
• Other manufacturing defects that affect the normal use of your jewelry

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or care, including:

• Scratches, dents, or other signs of normal wear
• Changes to plating or surface finish over time
• Damage caused by water, chemicals, or prolonged exposure to moisture
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Lost or stolen jewelry

We’ll review your request and help you with the next steps. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
